If it's being held in the AoKHSD forums, won't everyone be able to chip in their opinions?

First of all we have got a strong moderator in the forum - Angel Rasher. He will delete all spam posts.

Secondly there will be hard penalty for spammers.

And if all these things do not help, I will move The Discussion into a password secured forum.

I don't have time on the 23rd of November, but I want to take part in this event...

November the 23rd is the start, indeed, but because it is a forum discussion, it will last for weeks.
So all registered participants should be able to take part in The Discussion. They simply post their ideas when they've got time.
